Pierre Hampton is a contemporary artist based in Norrköping, Sweden, with roots that span across the world. Alongside his work as an artist, he is an active professional basketball player, representing the Swedish national team and leading championship teams in Sweden’s top league.
Living and competing in the high-performance world of elite sports — often shaped by discipline, pressure, and expectations — art has become an essential counterbalance. A space for reflection, vulnerability, and recovery.
Through his creative practice, Pierre explores identity, emotion, and the quiet strength found beyond expectations.
